I love 3DS Console and did not have high hopes that your card will so powerful. I have to admit that I am very pleasantly surprised and I am thoroughly enjoying NDS games,I've played several R4 3DS flash card, and enjoyed a fair number of them. R4i gold plus are good quality card which I have always found to be reliable,especially if you dont need a memory card!When i using this card i copy the 3ds games to tf card it came out white screen,with the help of staff these card now can just support NDS games on 3DS console,when using 3DS console this will come white screen,i hope r4i gold plus will support the 3DS in 1 month before 2012.So i can enjoy 3DS free game. FAQ when using R4i GOLD PLUS CardStar
1.How to upgrade R4i GOLD PLUS Card should download the new kernel and extract the file, then there will be a “SYSTEM” folder and r4.DAT a core file, paste the files into the root directory of the TF card to replace the original kernel file
2.When R4I GOLD PLUS cannot be found when running the console no card in your console,Please try to plug and insert the R4I GOLD PLUS card to check if the gold finger part is dirty and damaged.
3.When your Nintendo Console screen always shows “Loading”, “Couldn’t find the SD / TF card” or “SD / TF card error”,Please try to plug and insert the Micro SD card to check if the gold finger part of the Micro SD card is damaged.
4.When using R4i GOLD PLUS Card Only display “MENU”! Check the Micro SD card kernel to make sure if it is installed correctly. The correct installation way is to put the “r4.DAT” file into the root directory of the TF card. If the problem still appears, format the TF card, and reinstall the kernel. 1.R4i Gold Plus Kernel Download
please go here (http://www.r4ids.com/index.php/en/r4i-gold-plus-download) download the kernel ,now you can download the latst PLUS kernel v1.8 version.which fix Games 5870、5871、5872、5873、5874、5875、5876、5877、5878、5879、5880 and 5881,and update the latest cheat database.More fix some save game problems.
2.R4i Gold Plus Installation
After you have downloaded your kernel than connect the TF card to the PC with the card reader.
First:Copy the “SYSTEM” folder under the kernel directory and the “r4.DAT” file to the root directory of the TF card.
Second: Load the media kernel: Copy the “moonshl2” folder to the root directory of the TF cards;
3. Copy your NDS Games to your TF cards
4. Main Menu Operation,after you have copy your kernel and games to your tf cards than pull your r4i gold plus to your NDS Slot,turn on the power, first go to the main menu interface.you can select ROMs or Media by the navigating keys or touch screen, press button “A” to enter the corresponding functions, press button “B” to go back to the previous menu.
5. How to run your NDS Game, Choose the game you like in the game menu. Press button “A” or touch screen to run it.First run will automatically create the archive file.Each time you run the game, it will automatically modify the time of the archive file. You can check the last modified time of the archive to know what time the archive file belongs to.
After this you can enjoy your R4i Gold Plus card.
More details when using R4i Gold Plus:

1.After the official test: can enter 0001--5821 successfully (v1.4 kernel), with no black or white screen phenomenon (a small amount of games may have black screen or white screen phenomenon after the completion of loading, this condition is normal). Individual games have anti-burn recording functions, such as 3538, you need to do anti-burn patch or turn on the archive check avoiding code of "Action Replay Cheat" . Then if you still have problems of black or white screen, first check the ROM (because a lot of ROMs are Bad dump), please re-download to try it.
2、In individual game, you need to close the soft reset to enter the game normally, and you can turn off the soft reset and try again. In the official 5821 tested games, there are no more than 20 games need to have the soft reset turned off. So, in order to use easily, soft reset is open by default.
